California Sun is the gateway beer at MixTape — easy-drinking, endlessly refreshing, and dangerously sessionable. Inspired by the hazy wheat beers of Southern California, it was built for the heat and humidity of Saigon.
Hazy, juicy, and slightly cloudy from the wheat grain, it has a light citrus character and a smooth, clean finish. No sharp bitterness. No complexity you didn't ask for. Just cold, fresh beer that tastes like a Sunday afternoon somewhere warm.

No — California Sun is an American Wheat Beer, not an IPA. It's hazy in appearance due to the wheat grain and is unfiltered, but it has much lower bitterness and a softer flavour profile than an IPA.
