MixTape started like every great mixtape — with passion. Born in California and built in Saigon, we've poured a lifetime of music, food, and drink culture into creating something different.

The idea was simple: craft beer that doesn't take itself too seriously. Drinks that are actually approachable. A taproom that feels like a record shop crossed with a brewery — where the music is as important as what's in the glass.

We're not here to out-nerd the beer geeks. We're here to make people say "damn, that's good" — and come back for another round.
